Thyme, Parsley And Lemon Stuffing

Makes: 500 g. Cooking time: 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

— 250 grams white breadcrumbs
— 150 grams chopped suet
— 5 grams chopped parsley
— 10 grams finely rubbed thyme
— 1 grated rind and juice of lemon
— 2 eggs
— ¼ dl milk
— salt, pepper, nutmeg

Method:

(1) Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the beaten eggs and milk and season to taste.

(2) Roll into a cylindrical shape approximately 5 cm in diameter and wrap in buttered greaseproof paper.

(3) Cook in a steamer for about 20 minutes.
