How to make Sugar Peas

Makes: 10 portions. Cooking time: 5-8 minutes.

Ingredients:

— 1 kg prepared sugar peas
— 100 grams butter
— 1 dl water
— 5 grams salt

Method:

(1) Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the prepared peas, salt and water. Cover with a lid and stew them until cooked.

(2) Drain the vegetables and serve slightly dome shape in a vegetable dish.
