5 hard boiled eggs
1/4 finely shredded lettuce
2 dl Mayonnaise
5 fillets of anchovy
5 stoned olives
5 cucumber slices
1 tomato, either sliced or in wedges
1. Cut eggs into halves or quarters and place round side upwards on a bed of shredded lettuce.
2. Lightly coat with mayonnaise and decorate with fillets of anchovy trellis fashion, capers, olives, cucumber slices and small pieces of tomato.
