Appetizers with Acidulated Cream Dressing, ideas & recipes

An acidulated cream dressing may be used on such items as sardines, shredded celeriac, sliced and peeled cucumber and a number of salad.

Florida Salad:
Bind segments of grapefruit, diced pineapple, sliced apple and diced celery with Acidulated Cream. Dress in a ravier slightly dome shape and decorate with small lettuce leaves.

Japanese Salad:
Bind diced, peeled and pipped tomatoes, diced pineapple and segments of orange with acidulated cream. Dress in a ravier slightly dome shape and decorate with small lettuce leaves.

Salade Mimosa:
Bind segments of orange, pipped grapes and slices of banana with acidulated cream. Dress in a ravier slightly dome shape and decorate with small lettuce leaves.
