It’s hard to wear other shoes than these - I was wearing high heels and wedge heels a lot and had a lot of lower back pain and stiffness. Once I put on these shoes, I could feel the pain and stiffness alleviate. I got on the treadmill with them and got to my target heart rate without even having to run! They do work you! I have lost 10 lbs in 2 months. I haven’t noticed a difference in cellulite; I’ve only had them 2 months. They are kind of ugly but I don’t want to wear anything else!

I can walk forever - I had plantar fasciitis, had orthotripy done on my feet then began wearing the MBTs. I haven’t used another shoe since a year ago. I only have one pair and they are like new!
