I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with the service zappos provides. I shop a lot online and am frequently disappointed by poor service, expensive shipping and difficult returns. None of these are true with Zappos

I think Zappos does a great job and was especially happy to order when I did and not have to pay for the next day shipping or whatever. Prices good and I like that I don’t have to pay for returns etc—I have had in recent days to return several household items that did not work when I bought them and the companies often make you pay to ship them back. This has alwaysx annoyed me because I buy a product in good faith and it should work–if it doesn’t I shouldn’t have to pay more to be inconvenienced etc.

Although the product did not fit just the way she wanted—everything else about zappos was perfect. We plan to reorder soon. Everyone can get their customer satisfied once in a while—but Zappos took care of me twice flawlessly from a customer service perspective.

This was my first experience shopping for shoes online and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Zappos. I first placed my order on a Monday night, received my shoes Wednesday evening, called that night to say that I was returning them because they were too large, and was told that a replacement would arrive Friday afternoon. When I walked out my door at 6:15 AM Friday, the package had already arrived! I couldn’t have asked for better service.
