Better in the Picture - I was so disappointed when I got this shoe. It does run a little wide and a little long in length but not anything to go down a size. It does not look as good in person as it does in the picture. The bow and trim are patent leather which I think does not look good on this shoe. Also the bow looks cheap. Overall, not impressed by Betsey this time.

Zappos is fantastic! I love the free overnight shipping, and I love that if I needed to make a return, it would be so simple! I used the price protection guarantee– I found a lower price, called Zappos, and they took care of it right away– the credit already showed on my Visa statement the next day.
