I returned a pocket book to Zappos and inadvertently left a pair of reading glasses in the purse. The glasses were returned to me via U.P.S today. What a concept personal, prompt, professional attention. I thought that was going to be a thing of the past. I am now a fan and definitely will consider purchases from zappos in the future.

Truly, I was very pleased with the shoes it was just all three pairs are not wide enough for my feet - I did not know how wide “wide” was and how wide my feet are. It’s unfortunate that there couldn’t be some way to find that out, I don’t know how. I have not been able to shop for shoes for my feet are wide. My plan is to return the shoes and hopefully receive WIDER shoes. The shoes did not come as soon as I thought they would as I planned to wear them at a conference. When they did come, they did not fit, so it was OK.
