I have ordered from Zappos several times. The service is immediate and the return policy is very accomodating. I love the website with the variety of views of shoes and the huge selection of shoes to choose from. The ability to sort by color, size, etc. is very helpful. I am a shoe lover and I always go to Zappos first. I never have to go anywhere else.

I love the free shipping both ways. I would not order o much if I had to pay for return shipping. I never even shop for shoes in a store anymore, only Zappos.
