My shoes were shipped on the Saturday that I ordered them!!! I would have received them on Monday if UPS hadn’t lost them. Zappos staff was great, shipped me another 2 pair without ANY problem. I now just have to return the extra set because UPS “found” them.

The price of the item seemed at first a little higher than competition, but when you figure shipping costs the item was less. Plus Zappos has a no cost return policy. The item ordered came the next business day! I will shop there again.
