250 g fish
1/4 finely shredded lettuce
2 dl Mayonnaise
5 fillets of anchovy
5 cucumber slices
5 stoned olives
1 tomato, either sliced or in wedges
1. Poach fish and flake free from skin and bone.
2. Place the prepared fish dome shape on a bed of shredded lettuce.
3. Lightly coat with mayonnaise and decorate with fillets of anchovy trellis fashion, capers, olives, cumber slices and small pieces of tomato.
