Celeriac Salad, Salade De Celeri-Rave Recipe

250 g Prepared Celeriac
1 juice from lemon
4 dl Mayonnaise
seasoning of salt and pepper

1. Cut the celeriac into very fine julienne strips. Place immediately into a basin of cold water to which lemon juice has been added to prevent discoloration.
2. Drain the celeriac, season with salt and pepper to taste and cohere with mayonnaise.
