Ingredients:
— 1 kg noodle paste
Method:
(1) Roll out the paste very thinly, approximately 2 cm thick. Cut into squares approximately 8cm X8cm.
(2) Spread out the individual pieces onto a tray previously sprinkled with fine semolina and allow to dry out for about 45 minutes.
(3) Proceed to cook as described in pastas with fillings recipe.
